The delivery design procedure is not reached
Some designs do not consider the suspension mode of coating equipment (different coating pendants should consider different suspension methods), suspension distance, interference of upper and lower slope and horizontal turning distance, rejection rate, utilization rate of coating equipment, peak production capacity of products, etc. Do not consider the production time. It will lead to production does not conform to the design guidelines.
The process time of the coating equipment deviates
To reduce costs, some designers often achieve their goals by reducing processing time. Common ones are: 1. The transition period before the coating production line is not long enough, which will lead to liquid string; 2. The specific heating time is not considered in the curing process, resulting in poor curing.3. Insufficient paint leveling time, resulting in insufficient paint film leveling; 4. Insufficient cooling time after curing, leading to the overheating or insufficient fixation of the workpiece (or lower part) in the coating process.
3. Improper selection of coating equipment
Due to the different requirements of different products, the equipment selection is also different, and various coating equipment has its own advantages and disadvantages. If the design cannot be explained to the user, the customer will find the coating line dissatisfied after manufacturing. For example, the powder spray drying tunnel adopts air curtain heat insulation, and the workpiece with cleaning requirements is not installed with purification equipment. This error is the most common error in the process layout of the coating equipment.
4. The energy-saving problem of painting equipment is not considered
At present, the price of this energy changes relatively fast. However, if do not consider these problems in the design, the user's production cost will be higher, some users will have to rebuild in a short time and to buy equipment. This is not what the customers want. The quality of the process layout design of the coating equipment is crucial to the use of the coating production line. If the process layout of the coating equipment is not appropriate, even if each piece of equipment is well manufactured, the whole coating production line is not easy to use. Therefore, in the design, we must avoid the above common mistakes, resulting in unnecessary losses!
