High temperature alloys are a type of alloy material that can maintain excellent mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, and are widely used in fields such as aerospace, energy, petrochemicals, and automobiles. These alloys are mainly composed of metal elements such as nickel, iron, and cobalt, with the addition of elements such as chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, aluminum, titanium, and niobium to enhance their properties.

High temperature alloys are mainly divided into the following three categories:
1. Nickel based high-temperature alloys
Characteristics: It has excellent strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Widely used in aviation engine turbine blades and gas turbine components.
Common alloys: Inconel Hastelloy、Nimonic。
2. Iron based high-temperature alloys
Features: Low cost, suitable for applications in the medium temperature range. Mainly used for manufacturing industrial gas turbines and chemical equipment.
Common alloys: Incoloy, A-286.

3. Cobalt based high-temperature alloys
Characteristics: It has excellent fatigue resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperatures and is commonly used in the manufacturing of high-temperature components for aircraft engines and gas turbines.
Common alloys: Haynes, Stellite.
