Wide Pusher Power and Free Overhead Conveyor
The wide pusher power and free overhead conveyor is a comprehensive spatial storage, transportation, and lifting system with a high degree of mechanization. It features the function of enabling scientific management of production. It can meet the extensive requirements of production and easily and smoothly cooperate with operating stations, loading and unloading equipment, and various automated instruments in production. It allows loads to stop at any workstation respectively without stopping the entire production line. The on-line accumulation, variable chain speed, and conversion capability allow certain workstations to have "over" time, enabling the production process to be balanced.
Application scope: Automated assembly lines in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, engines, metallurgy, bicycles, and home appliances.
According to the load-carrying capacity of the trolleys, it can be divided into two categories: light-duty power and free and heavy-duty power and free. The chains of heavy-duty power and free conveyors adopt X-348, X-458, and X-678. The load-carrying rails and load-carrying power and free trolleys are divided into 3″, 4″, and 6″. The combination of chains and rails forms 12 specifications to meet the requirements of different loads and line tensions. The parameter table here includes 6 standard specifications of power and free conveyor lines and parameters of extra-heavy-duty power and free conveyors.

Accumulation of Trolleys
Each loaded trolley is equipped with a front shovel on the front car and a tail plate on the rear car. As shown in the figure, when the front shovel rises along the slope of the tail plate of the preceding stopped trolley, the lifting claw falls, causing the loaded trolley to disengage from the traction chain, thereby realizing the accumulation of trolleys.
It is used for medium loads (maximum load of 250Kg per trolley).
