Surface roughness characteristics of gears under three different grinding processes
1.Standard continuous expansion grinding: use an alumina grinding wheel with integral ceramic binder.
2, fine grinding: the grinding wheel is composed of a coarse grinding section and a fine grinding section of ceramic binder.
3.Polishing grinding: the grinding wheel is composed of a coarse grinding section with ceramic binder and a polishing section with resin binder.
