The preheating temperature of the workpiece can be slightly higher than the melting temperature of the powder.

To achieve better coating results, attention should be paid to the following aspects:
1) The structural form of fluidized bed requires simplicity, smooth interior to avoid dead corners, and it is best to have vibration devices.
2) The porous partition in a fluidized bed should have a certain pore size and air density distribution.
3) The size of the powder particles should pass through a 50-150 mesh/mesh sieve, and a shape close to spherical is ideal.
4) The moisture content of powder coatings should be kept as low as possible to avoid poor fluidization and coating bubbles.
5) The flow rate and flow rate of compressed air must be adjusted to ensure stable fluidization of the powder coating without overflow, and the compressed air should be purified and dried.
