However, improper operation during the grinding process may lead to problems such as dimensional deviations or surface burns of the parts.
File and scraper processing: Use a file or scraper to manually remove burrs. This is a relatively simple and feasible method that does not require complex equipment and has a lower cost. However, the technical requirements for operators are high and the efficiency is low, especially for complex shaped parts or internal burrs that are difficult to effectively remove. It is suitable for situations with few burrs and simple product structures.
